Вступ. У багатьох галузях промисловості знаходять широке застосу‐
вання вібротранспортери [1]. Спочатку вони призначалися для транспорту‐
вання сипких матеріалів. Подальше вдосконалення конструкції, способів
розрахунку і досвіду експлуатації дозволили створити установки, які здатні
ралізувати багато технологічних завдань: сепарація, змішування, сушіння
та ін.[2].
Будучи досить простим у конструктивному виконанні, вібротранспор‐
тер є складною динамічною системою, де рух матеріалу залежить від бага‐
тьох параметрів: частоти коливань, амплітуди, величини збурюючої сили та
ін. Істотний вплив на формування форми потоку матеріалу та його поведін‐
ку в процесі транспортування має профіль робочої поверхні.
При розробці математичних моделей, які описують процес транспор‐
тування, використовується значна кількість припущень, що знижує якість
інформативного матеріалу. Одним з методів, що дозволяють отримати об’‐
єктивні дані щодо процесу, є експериментальні дослідження, які можуть
проводитися на стандартному і нестандартному обладнанні.
Мета роботи: на підставі отриманих результатів оцінити ефективність
проведення експериментальних досліджень на розробленому стенді.
Матеріли досліджень. При розробці стенду враховувалася необхід‐
ність проведення швидкісної відеозйомки, формозміни поверхні, що тран‐
спортує, і варіювання параметрами: частота та амплітуда коливань робочої
камери, величина та напрямок збурювальної сили, кут нахилу поверхні, що
транспортує, характеристика повітряного потоку, жорсткість пружних еле‐
ментів.
Стенд для проведення експериментальних досліджень (рис.1) склада‐
ється з вібротранспортера 1, бункера ‐ живильника 2, нагнітального 3 і ви‐
тяжного 4 вентиляторів.
Вібротранспортер, конструктивна схема якого представлена на рис.2,
має платформу 1, що є базою для встановлення конструктивних змінних
елементів. Платформа розташована на амортизаторах 2. До нижньої пове‐
рхні платформи прикріплений, з можливістю переміщення, віброзбудник
3. Таке конструктивне рішення дозволяє керувати вектором збурюючої си‐
ли за допомогою переміщення віброзбудника в горизонтальній площині
по напрямним 4 і поворотом у шарнірному з’єднанні 5. Віброзбудник має
шість ступенів зміни статичного моменту дебалансів і з’єднаний з двигуном
постійного струму за допомогою пелюсткової муфти.
На верхній площині платформи встановлена камера 6, передня стінка
7 якої виконана з прозорого матеріалу. Шарнірне з’єднання 8 і вузол кріп‐
лення 9 дозволяють надавати куту нахилу робочої поверхні камери пози‐
тивні та негативні значення.

Вібротранспортер має такі параметри:
‐ Довжина 1000 мм.
‐ Ширина 800 мм.
‐ Висота 1300 мм.
Габарити камери:
‐ Довжина 600 мм.
‐ Ширина 80 мм.
‐ Висота 120 мм.
‐ Кут нахилу поверхні, що транспортує ±10 град
Камера може виконуватись багатоярусно. На рис.3 показаний варіант
двоярусної камери зі ступінчастою робочою поверхнею та продувкою теп‐
лоносієм

Як приклад розглянемо процес взаємодії двох різних матеріалів (ква‐
рцу та абразиву), що досліджується за допомогою швидкісної відеозйомки.
При роботі установки в стаціонарному режимі (рис.4) в камеру подано
порцію абразиву. На пласкій ділянці камери абразив рухається монолітно,
проникаючи під шар кварцу (рис.5). При досяганні криволінійного профілю
починається інтенсивне змішування матеріалів (рис.6), яке закінчується
отриманням однорідної маси.
Аналіз проведеної відеозйомки дозволяє створити фізичну картину
руху матеріалу, визначити швидкість руху на різних ділянках, час проміжків
процесу та ін.
Висновки. Таким чином, проведення експериментальних досліджень
на розробленому стенді дозволяє отримати якісні та кількісні результати
поведінки матеріалів у процесі транспортування та взаємодії з робочою
поверхнею.
